Polyethylene Water Tanks
Water tanks are the most popular plastic products. Plastic water tanks are the name given to the public. The raw material used is polyethylene. In chemistry, this raw material is abbreviated as LLDPE, or linear low-density polyethylene. Furthermore, when we look at the general purpose of plastic water tanks , we see that they are devices that allow the preservation of one or more liquids, whether food or chemicals, against external factors and seasonal conditions, and then drained and used when needed. Furthermore, if desired, the tank can be easily transported. Because plastic water tanks are also affordable, their use is quite widespread.
In addition to the affordable prices for plastic water tanks, polyethylene is a raw material used in the production of many food-contact products. Polyethylene is food-safe and has been recognized by international food organizations for its food safety. Therefore, it is an extremely suitable material for the production of plastic water tanks.
Stainless Steel Water Tanks
These water storage products are manufactured in modular components using high-pressure press machines using AISI 304 and AISI 316 grade stainless steel. These tanks are manufactured in sections, transported to the assembly area in sections, and assembled using bolts without welding. All of our products are CE, TSE, and TSEK certified. Because the tanks are manufactured using deep-drawing methods in high-tonnage presses, the panels are pressure-resistant. The panels have an average lifespan of 15 years without maintenance. Furthermore, the panels are resistant to UV rays and are resistant to heavy impacts, all weather conditions, heavy loads, and earthquakes. Sealing between the modules is ensured by special chemical seals selected according to the type of liquid in the tank. Modules damaged by any extraordinary circumstances, such as freezing in extreme cold, can be easily replaced with new ones.

GRP Water Tanks
What is GRP (Glass fiber reinforced polyester)?
GRP modular water tanks are manufactured by hot-pressing panels composed of unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with chopped glass fiber and curing them under high pressure and temperature. The panels are manufactured in high-tonnage presses in molds heated to 150°C. Thanks to the molding and manufacturing technology used, both surfaces of the panels are smooth, fully cured, and durable.
The raw materials of GRP tanks are chopped glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin. Because GRP panels are produced using a hot-pressing method, they are durable and long-lasting.
GRP warehouse panels are manufactured using hot-mould pressing in high-tonnage presses. The panels gain strength due to their shape, making them resistant to pressure.
Extra thermal insulation can be applied on the panels.
GRP tanks can also be applied in open areas as they have low heat conduction and are resistant to UV light.
The panels that make up the modular water tanks can be insulated against variable weather conditions and used as hot/cold water tanks. Compliance with food regulations has been proven by laboratory reports.
GRP Modular Water Tanks are designed according to EN 13280:2001.
Sealing in GRP Modular Water Tanks is ensured with special gaskets.
