Wall Mounted Condensing Boiler and Cascade Systems

A cascade system eliminates the high costs associated with large boilers. A cascade system consists of multiple devices, depending on your installation's needs. Devices operating side by side operate in modulated mode.

Interconnected, proportional-controlled boilers can be more cost-effective than a single, larger boiler. Therefore, using five 100 kW boilers instead of a single 500 kW boiler will result in a lower initial investment. Furthermore, thanks to the boilers' 20% modulation feature, the system can operate with capacities ranging from 20 to 500 kW. Up to 30 wall-mounted condensing boilers can be operated simultaneously in a cascade system.

In a cascade system, all devices operate with proportional control (modulation). To control all boilers simultaneously, they must be connected to a control unit.

When the room temperature you specify changes, the first boiler will activate first, operating at 100% efficiency. If the operating boiler stops operating due to a fault, the next boiler connected in series will automatically activate, ensuring smooth operation.

Floor-standing Boilers and Burners

With advancements in heating systems, floor-standing boilers and burners are among the ideal equipment for efficient heating and optimal condensation control. Controlled and cost-effective floor-standing boiler systems are used both individually and in cascades to ensure high-quality heat transfer in the heating systems of large buildings.

Air-fuel systems, used in floor-standing boilers to ensure uniform distribution, are generally capable of operating with natural gas. Pump burners and rotary burners, as well as many different types of evaporation burners, are available. These provide high-performance heat distribution through fans, motors, and filters. Floor-standing boilers and burners, which operate with liquid and gaseous fuels in condensing mode, are among the preferred equipment due to the widespread use of natural gas.

Floor-standing condensing boilers are among the crucial pieces of equipment that enhance boiler performance and are crucial for pumping and heat transfer. System components that play a crucial role in heat distribution can be integrated with automatic control panels.
